Please read the following to learn about TheraSpace's policy for a smooth booking experience.
Register to Book
Request to register and create an account. No credit card or commitment is necessary. Your registration allows you to view the calendar and book a room by the hour.
Time Etiquette
Everyone schedules with a 15 minute gap between bookings. This allows the next practitioner time to set up for their session.
TheraSpace has a waiting room for you and your clients to quietly wait until your session begins.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations: You agree to sign-up through Thera.space website and pre-pay for your room. Please observe 24 hour cancellation policy or full charge will be incurred.
RESCHEDULE
If it there is more than 24 hours before your booking, you can change or cancel by logging into your account.

Give current booking information, date, start/end time and room.

Theraspace Etiquette
use the door sign
Turn the sign to show that you are in the space. Turn back before you leave. If you are unsure if someone is in the room after checking the schedule, kindly knock.
Room re-set
Kindly leave the room as you would like to find it. Leave it pretty!
Going overtime
To respect everyone's reservation, we ask that you not exceed your reservation time Bookings can be made at the last minute and have someone waiting right after you. If you exceed the amount of time for which you booked at TheraSpace, then you shall be charged for such excess time, as well as an overage charge of $100 if such excess time conflicts with another User’s booked time.
